Day 3 was definitely not easy. I cold sleep a little better but the keto flu symptoms were at their peak. I am not sure if ketosis can occur so soon but I believe it was due to the fact that I was following an extremely low carb diet anyway.
As mentioned in my previous post I didn’t follow all the rules however I did not cheat at all when it came my macros.
My Macros were as follows:
Fats: 78g (5%)
Proteins: 50g (22%)
Carbohydrates: 7g (3%)
Net Calories consumed: 965
The meal I had for aftar, I considered it as my breakfast meal.
1 cup of bulletproof coffee
Cheese omelette made of 2 eggs and 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Was feeling too full so combined it with my sehri meal
The meal I had for sehri I considered as my dinner meal. I had:
Boiled 3 eggs and mashed them into a salad with 1 tbsp mayonnaise and 1/2 tbsp chili sauce
50 of Mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon of butter.
I checked my weight right after I woke up and it was down 2 pounds. So total loss 6 pounds
